[MilCom] Shuttle pre-launch comms

Very L&C up here in Ohio on 9132.

Question:  who is "BRD" or "PRD" ?  They said it several times, but still 
not sure which one it was.  Talking with Cape Radio and Freedom Star for a 
quick comm check.
