Morning all,

Your 323.8 MHz EAM broadcaster was "Abyss 74" which was confirmed in your 
area on that date and at that time. Abyss 74 was used by an E-4B NAOC 
75-0125 based out of Offutt and the 55 Wing. None of the Tacamo a/c airborne 
that day were in your neighborhood, so the NAOC was your EAM broadcaster. 
Nice catch.
