[MilCom] NASA Wallops Island TacSat-3 Launch tonight

I have some additional details on this milsat launch at either

In addition to the USAF Tacsat-3 satellite with a yet to be determined UHF 
downlink, there is also three Cubesats with 430 MHz ham band downlinks. See 
either of the two links above for the freqs.
