[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - STICK BALL

     8992.0 was active at 1433z with STICK BALL (or maybe SPIT BALL;
fair to weak levels with active fading on the signal) bcsting a
28-character EAM (5FPWO7) trailing the HFGCS's bcst of same (slow
delivery of the string) and simulcasting same on at least 4724.0
(weak/readable) and 11175.0 (weak to fair with deep fading) with
nothing heard on 15016.0.
