[MilCom] Rocket 516 IFE

03/30/09 1937z 285.550 (Ft Worth Center)  Rocket 516 (unknown type) declaring an emergency (hot cockpit) which could cause a fire.  Would like to procede back to Sheppard AFB.  Switch to 118.200 Sheppard approach.  Checks in with approach, 20 miles south east of Sheppard.  2hrs of fuel left, 5 souls on board. Expect rwy 15C.  Switched to tower 119.750, landed on 15C and shutdown.
