     4515.0 was active at 0454z wtih 9RM bcsting TK32MF and TK3Y2M
(more "variation"). 9RM was at good to weak levels and back. He had a
noisy background - lots of "busy" chatter with people speaking up to
be heard above the din. It reminded me of the same kind of background
chatter heard from ABNCPs during heavy exercise periods in the 90s.
Probably a ground station but his fading pattern, audio
characteristics, and the background chatter led me think he was
airborne. L6H is active at 0511z with EAM strings.

11175.0 was active at 0500z with COURTLAND (weak/mostly
unreadable to unheard) bcsting at least 2 EAMS and ending with the
"standing by for traffic statement." He maybe responded to someone
during the repetition of his statement (too weak to follow). Nothing
heard on 4724.0 or 15016.0, but he may have been in the noise floor on
8992.0.

     The exercise is still active.
