[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - SANDWICH standing by for traffic; YOUNG 21

     8992.0 was active at 0310z with SANDWICH (good levels fading into
noise floor and back) bcsting TK3Y24 and simulcasting same on at least
4724.0 (weak/barely readable) with nothing hear on 11175.0 and
15016.0.  He concluded his traffic with the "Standing by for traffic
statement." The statement raised an unheard response from YOUNG 21 and
22 (which he acknowledged with "YOUNG 21, acknowledge"; and, "YOUNG
22, roger").

     TK3Y24 was being used by 3NH on 4845.0 but as [ZERO]K3YZ4.

     Very active exercise into local late hours.
