[MilCom] 8992.0 - YULE TIDE standing by for traffic

0259z  27 Mar 09

     8992.0 was active at 0250z with YULE TIDE (fair/weak levels here)
bcsting a 28-character EAM (TK3Y24) and ending with the "Standing by
for Traffic" statement.  His statement was only said once before YULE
TIDE said "Station on triple one 75" and appeared to respond to a
REACH flight (unheard here on 8992.0 or 11175.0.) At 0254z YULE TIDE
responded to what sounded like YANKEE 09 or ? with "Go ahead with
message".  At 0256z YULE TIDE worked an unknown station and was
apparently passed a 4-element group (KO??).  Apparent SKYMASTER
activity.  At 0257z YULE TIDE responded to COURLAND (unheard here.)
