[MilCom] 11175.0 - ANDREWS with an unusual EAM string

Correction: it was a 36-character EAM string even though it sounded
like ANDREWS said "32".
Another thing about the string. 765432 is the normal numeral set for
EAM strings [26-character alphabet; numerals 234567; no zeros, ones,
eights or nines with extremely rare exceptions usually involving the
numeral 1.]
