[MilCom] 8992.0 - player EAM activity

     8992.0 was active at 1250z with unknown possible player [unable
to ID; weak/barely readable to unheard with occasional peaks to
weak/fair; heavy fading] bcsting at least 3 longer EAMs (42-character
string; QHP32D [maybe] of 37 characters; and unknown length string
[upper 40s to low 50s may - faded near character count]).
Simulcasting on at least 11175.0 (similar signal levels; same qsb but
faded into noise floor earlier than 8992.0).  The 42-character string
may have been the same string bcst by Andrews a number of minutes
earlier.
