12:35 Local; hearing comms on 341.750 STRIKESTAR working JOKER, pilots have
a French (?) accent. 

NOTE: Apparently working over the Gulf as one of the pilots mentioned a
merchant ship with an unknown covering on the deck. And one of the pilots
told STRIKESTAR "Sorry to say. your French is not very good", with a
chuckle!
