[MilCom] Civil Air Patrol Annual Report to Congress 2008

I might hear them once every couple of months. In this area there is not a lot of SAR missions (like none in the last year). They might do to a monthly/quarterly survey of the Mississippi river backwaters for the Corps of Engineers (not sure of sked). I usually hear about it in passing after the fact.  We currently have flood conditions on most area rivers so they might be out for surveys, but I have not heard anything this week.
