Interesting reading overall -- Gives some specifics on costs & total 
quantity of radio equipment purchased, as well as improvements to the 
HF/SSB/ALE radio system.

Apparently CAP flies over 80% of AFNORTH daily aero tasking missions.

Towards the end of the report is a concise listing by each state of total 
aircraft assigned, total flying hours, and total members for the FY 08 
(which ended 9/30/2008).

With over 500 aircraft flying around, we don't see very many log postings of 
CAP aircraft callsigns logged, as well as no mention of CAP radio 
communications (air or ground).
