     11175.0 was active at 0140z with an unknown player (very
weak/mostly unreadable in the noise floor; unable to id) bcsting one
or more EAMs and at 0143z bcsting the 125-character DWEQGI.  Maybe
ending in the "standing by for traffic" statement.  H+20/h+40
activity.  Suspected TACAMO LANT.  Also heard on 8992.0 but completely
unreadable in the noise floor.
