[MilCom] 11175.0 - ANDREWS

     11175.0 was active at 2200z with ANDREWS bcsting 4AY2W3, 41JTF4
and 4ASAV2 at their h+00/h+30 restoral time.

     11175.0 was active at 2230z with ANDREWS bcsting a 125-character
EAM (DWEQGI) to ALL STATIONS, with no further xmsn of the 3
28-character EAM strings.

     11175.0 was active at 2300z and 2330z with ANDREWS bcsting DWEQGI
at their h+00/30 restoral time.  There's also another very weak
station, maybe a player, heard with portions of the string in the
noise floor at 2317z and 2342z.  Suspected h+10/h+20 activity.
