[MilCom] 8992.0 - ANDREWS

     8992.0 was active at 0536z with ANDREWS bcsting a 28-character
EAM (4AWYRV). The string entered the traffic queue of ART SHOW and
AUGUSTINE in their H+10/h+20 and h+20/h+50 restoral xmsns (4AWYRV;
4A4AOL; 4AAATB) and remained that way at least through 0630z...

     8992.0 has been active since at least 1200z with ANDREWS bcsting
h+00/h+30 restorals consisting of a 102-character EAM (DWNG4H), a
207-character EAM (DW5BTG), and the now long lived 28-character 4AWYRV
(6+ hours). The xmsn of the complete set takes about 19 minutes.

     8992.0 is also active with an unknown station (maybe AUGUSTINE
based on time of xmsn; very weak/unreadable mostly unheard) at maybe
h+20/h+50 with the above strings. Due to the length of the strings it
could be the h+10/h+40 player in the middle of a set and covered by
the lengthy ANDREWS bcsts.

     11175.0 was active at 1330z with ANDREWS bcsting the
207-character DW5BTG. At the conclusion of the string she bcst a
6/6/20-character EAM set to ALL STATIONS (65YHQS; 65ZCOB; 65CKH6). At
the completion of this set she returned to her h+30 restorals and bcst
the 102-character DWNG4H and 4AWYRV.
