[MilCom] 11175.0 - ART SHOW standing by for traffic

     11175.0 was active at 0217z with ANDREWS bcsting a 6-character
EAM (652XRD).  At 0230z SIDE STEP bcst "standing by for traffic".  At
0232z ANDREWS bcst a 6-character EAM (65KM21).  At 0251z ANDREWS, to
ALL STATIONS, bcst a 28-character EAM 4AAATB).  At 0253z ANDREWS was
again up to ALL STATIONS with 4AAATB.

     11175.0 was active at 0301z with ANDREWS bcsting 4AAATB as a
restoral.  H+00/01-H+30/31 activity.

     11175.0 was active at 0310z with ART SHOW (weak/mostly readable
with fading) bcst 4AAATB and simulcast same on at least 8992.0
(weak/barely readable) with nothing heard on 4724.0 and 15016.0 and
ending his xmsn with the "standing by for traffic statement.
H+10/h+40 activity.  Suspected TACAMO LANT.

     8992.0 was active at 0320z with [unable to understand id; sounds
like "off key" but is something else; fair/good to weak levels with
rapid, deep qsb syllable by syllable) bcsting 4AAATB and simulcasting
same on at least 15016.0 (weak/unreadable) and 11175.0 (weak/fair)
with nothing heard on 4724.0, and ending his xmsn with the "standing
by for traffic" statement.  H+20/h+50 activity.  Suspected TACAMO PAC.
