[MilCom] 11175.0 - CLUB DUES standing by for traffic

     11175.0 was active at 0334 with CLUB DUES (fair/good levels)
bcsting a 48-character EAM (65G7B? maybe) and simulcating same on at
least 8992.0 (weak/readable) and maybe 4724.0 (very weak) with nothing
heard on 15016.0.  He concluded his xmsn with "standing by for
traffic."  At 0341z another player was up on freq with the same
string.  Too weak to id and it faded into the noise floor by mid
transmission.  Possibly heard on 8992.0 and 4724.0.
