[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] Air Transport 530 to Antigua

USAF Contractor flight DC-8 "Air Transport 530" is  preparing to start his 
weekly trek to ETR downrange site Antigua.  He is  getting his clearance to 
TAPA from Melbourne IAP on 118.2.
     Soon you will hear him on 131.175 or 130.7 passing  info on his flight.
     Later today he will depart Antigua for Ascension  Island and then you 
will hear him on 13927 kHz USB or 11175 kHz  USB passing his ETA to 
Ascension Ops.
     He will be back at Melbourne IAP on Wednesday, and  then will RTB 
McGuire AFB.
     It has been over two years since he used Patrick  AFB for his 
departure and arrival to/from the downrange sites.  Patrick  AFB's longer runway 
(Rnwy 02/20) has been closed during that time for renovation  and 
re-reconstruction.  What was supposed to be a 5-month closure has  become a two-year 
closure due to reconstruction errors that resulted in an  improper mix being 
poured for the runway surface.
