[MilCom] [MilRadioComms] HMS Blackpowder; live-fire exercise off Canaveral

No one has heard of the "HMS Blackpowder."
     The callsign has been repeated in numerous USCG  announcements today.
     My best guess is that it is a coded callsign for a  ship that is out 
there with the USS Harry S Truman, but that is only  conjecture.
     Also, the aircraft working off of the USS Harry S  Truman have 
mentioned the vessel "Bluefin."  The E-2C "Closeout" pilot, on  318.875, told HOTEL 
ROMEO: "We got a hold of the Bluefin."  That is  probably another coded 
callsign.
