[MilCom] ROCK 51 to Portland

ROCK 51 (sounded like ROCK - very muffled and hard to understand) landing at
Portland Jetport (KPWM) on 120.900  

He did one flyby then came around for landing.  I think it was a T-38 as I heard controller
warn other traffic of a T-38 in pattern.  In town for show.  

Drove by there earlier and saw OPEC 76 (KC-10) sitting on runway 18 and also a P-3 from Brunswick.
There was a nice DC-3 sitting on the ramp too.
