2056z 290.500 Changing to UHF for ZBW to keep informed of action.
2056z 132.000 Now calling Bangor OPs, notifying them of their situation.
COBRA tells Bangor they will have to stop on the runway due to their hydraulic
problem they will not be able to steer the nose wheel.
2103z 311.000 Also checking in with Maineiac OPs to advise of their situation.
COBRA 70 is an OC-135B tail # 61-2670
