[MilCom] COBRA 70 ** Update - Declaring Emergency

2024z  128.750  COBRA 70  Now declaring emergency with ZBW.
Lost right side hydraulics.  23 souls on board, 9 hours fuel remain.  
Would like to hold at RINTH then to runway 15 at Bangor.

2028z  124.250  Emergency - check in with ZBW at FL230.
Would still like to hold at RINTH and go through several checklists at this time.
