[MilCom] 439 AW C5 Looses Two Front Tires While In Flight Over Local Community

WWLP TV news is reporting breaking story involving the 439 AW at Westover 
JARB, Chicopee, MA.  No injuries & aircraft landed without incident.

Typical training flights use the RODD callsign.  It's unclear whether the 
aircraft was taking off or on final approach to landing at KCEF when two 
front tires (front wheel) actually fell off the plane in a wooded area in 
Belchertown, MA.
