Wonderfully interesting Customs & Border Patrol comms late last night.
A CBP aircraft had a vessel under surveillance off the coast of Miami,
and led a CBP Marine unit to the vessel. The CBP vessel made contact with
the TOI (Target of Interest), but the perpetrator vessel then fled.
The CBP vessel fired two warning shots and got the TOI stopped.
As the CBP vessel was pursuing the TOI vessel, persons aboard the
vessel began tossing bags ("black and blue bags") overboard.
The CBP vessel managed to arrest the perpetrators and retrieve some of
the bags.
