[MilCom] Military Security Police & Fire/Crash Access Civilian Mutual Aid Freqs/Networks?

Another interesting communications aspect is which military bases' security
police & fire departments have access to local law enforcement and/or fire
mutual aid/coordination frequencies & nets.

Locally at Westover JARB, the fire department does have access to the local
FD intercity net on 154.28 (cross band repeats also on 460.225 R) via their
dispatch. Most fire departments in the area are on high band VHF. Unclear
as to whether Security has access to the law enforcement coordination net
155.475 (cross band repeats on 460.225R & 858.7375). Local towns/city law
enforcement around the base perimeter use VHF high band, UHF, & 800 mhz
conventional.

I'm not sure about Barnes ANGB, but I would think it is likely they would
potentially have access to the same nets as Westover. Local city law
enforcment around the perimeter uses 800 mhz conventional.

Troop B, Massachusetts State Police is responsible for airport security
assistances at both KCEF & KBAF. MSP uses 800 mhz linked trunking systems,
as well as 800 mhz simplex for mobiles & portables.

As far as Bradley ANGB, the fire department (dispatch) does have access to
the Airport FD UHF radio system. It's unknown whether they have direct
acess to the Hartfore Area Coordination net on 154.265/859.3875) It's
likely that contract security does have access to the State PD digital
trunking system (Troop W digital 800 mhz trunking system).

Regarding Hanscom AFB, it's likely that the Fire Department has access to
both Massport (800 mhz) & Metro Fire (UHF) radio system. It's unclear IF
contact security has access to any law enforcement coordination nets. Law
enforecement nets wise the communities around the base perimeter include
National Park Service (VHF high band P25 digital), primarily us UHF-T band
band), as well as membership in the Boston Area Police Emergency Radio
Network (BAPERN) UHF-T band network.

In my opinion (at least in my immediate monitoring area), land line
telephone, with cellphone backup is the primary method used both by base
security/law enforcement & base fire department to coordinate with other
applicable local & state public safety. Radio is only used during weekly
radio tests OR would be used in case of local telephone/cellphone outages.

What are others throughout the states monitoring?
