Ok, I've reviewed my recordings and just prior to the call coming in, I 
heard JOLLY 91 (the ANG helo) on 345.0 coordinating a fast-rope demo, so 
I'm guessing that there was some kind of PR event going on that you saw. 
He mentioned landing at the Air Station (@ KSFO) and mentioned that he'd 
try to leave enough room for the USCG helo on the ramp.
