I don't think this is related, but ... it's 2310Z and I've got USCG Tern 
talking to JOLLY 91 (HH-60G from 129 RQS/CA ANG, Moffett Field) on 
345.0; says there's a report of an aircraft in the water at 
37'32.2" -122'40.6" ... JOLLY replies that "we got the call on that, but 
we don't have the gas to get there and get the job done" ... Tern says 
their time on scene is over a half hour.  From AIS data, I see 47245 is 
already outside the Golden Gate Bridge (Tern is inside), and from Mode-S 
data I see that 1716 is at 600' ... based on my range, that's probably 
the right location.  Tern mentioned that a C-130 was overhead.

No indication whether it's a drill or not.
