[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] Comms from astronaut in ISS

At 2:38pm EST (1938z), I had comms from the ISS  (International Space 
Station) on 145.8.
     Comms were from a female astronaut answering  questions from school 
children.  Signal strength was excellent into my  qth.
     Thanks to Mac in Savannah for the heads up on  this.
