    11175.0 was active at 2058z with an unknown player (weak/mostly
readable but too weak to catch the id) bcsting a 28-character EAM
(HNGBVR) slightly preceding ANDREWS (good levels) HFGCS bcst of same.
ANDREWS finished her bcst before the player finished his but the
signal was too weak at the id.  Maybe heard on 8992.0 but unheard on
15016.0.
