[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] Delta 4 launch tonight at 8:13pm EST

They are having problems getting the Delta 4  launched tonight.
     They have been working technical issues during a  hold.
     Cape Canaveral AFS ground comms discussing.
     Just said new T-Zero is 8:13pm EST (0113z) "if  they solve the problem."
