[MilCom] Low Black Hawk

[Don Wingo]

At approximately, 3:56 pm EST had a low (less than 200 foot) overflight of a Black Hawk.  Location is Oconee County, Georgia south of GA 53 and North of US 78.  He may have come out of the Winder Barrow Airport but this is the lowest that I have ever seen one fly in our area.
