[MilCom] Odd Indian Hexcode maybe tied up as a BBJ

Yesterday I had a Indian AF hexcode of 8002FB @ 27,000FT with an SBS 
callsign of VUA5014

I have dug around and found N372BJ (36108) a BBJ bound for the Indian AF

The call sign the site below noted was "HI5014"

This was worked out from

Does anyone know of this delivery from Boeing, I know sometimes they fly to 
an East Coast Airport for testing etc, but cannot remember which one...

Does anyone know anything about this flight/aircraft ????
