I think I heard him talking with ZOA/134.15 about 40 times, and I still 
couldn't get anything more than <mumble> 31.  He went down to Mugu after 
some playtime out over the Pacific, around 2138Z.  Cleared his throat a 
few times on 311.0 but no EAMs that I heard on UHF.
