[MilCom] Mode-S Unnown

AE061A with a call sign of ALLIED 1 on 2/22/2009 at 16:09Z. Because of 
the location of my antenna almost everything I hear is to the east of 
Rochester, NY probably within a 52 nm range. I did look it up in 
airframes.org but there is no info.

Any ideas?
