     11175.0 was active at 2300z with [maybe CORN SILK or ??;
weak/mostly readable] bcsting a 28-character EAM (missed preamble) and
using the character count statement at the end of the xmsn.  Heard
earlier with same at 2230z.  H+00/h+30 activity.
