Adam,
I hear the Gabreski aircraft quite often, since I'm about 30 miles from
there.  This is the first time I heard it too, and I knew it might cause a
stir.  What made me take notice is that the pilot stated"we are Charlie-
One -Four- One".  I'm sure I'll hear it again.

You positive KING-79 ID'd as a C-141? The Starlifter retired in 2006
and KING is typically used by HC-130's, Especially based at Gabreski up
there.
