[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - PRESCOTT and PROJECTOR

     11175.0 was active at 1939z with PRESCOTT (good/fair levels here)
calling MAINSAIL and eventually raising ANDREWS (weak/readable) for a
phone patch to a common OFFUTT DSN 271 number.  Ground party was
INJECTOR, GEP coordinator.  PRESCOTT requested "the BRAVO, RF18" in
FLAWLESS, COURTNEY, GARFIELD, "and your station" [GEP aliases], and
gone.

     11175.0 was active at 2000z with PROJECTOR (weak/readable)
rebcsting the 28-character LNY6JS. Unheard on 4724,0, 8992.0 and
15016.0.  H+00/h+30 activity. Suspected 'glass mission.
