[MilCom] OTIS 11 flight

[Mac McCormick III, KF4LMT]

OTIS 11 flight (KC-130, VMGR-252) has been up with Savannah App/Dep on 
120.400 requesting flight following up to Cherry Point.  I've also had some 
trafic on 226.925 that may be the OTIS flight and their receivers.  I've not 
heard a lot of traffic or any callsigns, so I'm not sure.
