[MilCom] MOVER and PACK

PACK 71 (x2) and MOVER 26 have been up for quite a time in AR-212 on 238.900
When they finished their track time, PACK 72 headed home.  MOVER 26 and PACK 71
continued some random AR as they headed towards Pease.  Now (0325z) they are 
terminating their AR and PACK 71 is now inbound to Pease.  MOVER 26 will return
to McGuire soon direct Hampton.
