Sheldon,

thanks for the tip. Checked it out and they list FUBAR as somewhere out 
west i.e 36N/111W area. Don't see why flts in the MD/VA area should be 
ref'ing this one.  Must be another one somewhere in this area.

files.  There is a FIXES notepad in the compressed
full file.

FUBAR is listed.

Considering the age, I'd guess many of the GPS
