Here might be an offbeat unofficial source, probably somewhat
dated source.

Go to:

http://www.geocities.com/lh4503/

There are four choices for flilght simulation
files.  There is a FIXES notepad in the compressed
full file.

This is probably the URL:

http://www.geocities.com/lh4503/nd11.zip.

DILIS seemed to be right.

FUBAR is listed.

Considering the age, I'd guess many of the GPS
fixes are not listed.
