[MilCom] Navigation point question

For those who are into such things ...........

I've been trying to figure out the location of a navpoint [pronounced] RESCUE.

I think it's south of NY, towards the Caribbean.  I hear it ref'd often by aircraft going oceanic thru ZNY on 133.500.

I can't find it anywhere on my Atlantic chart [which includes the Caribbean] and I can't find it online since I don't know how it's actually spelled.
