[MilCom] [CivilAirComms] Left engine out

FlightAware's _http://flightaware.com/live/flight/AWI3715_ 
(http://flightaware.com/live/flight/AWI3715)  shows  the Air Wisconsin flight landed at 
Philly ok, just a few minutes longer than it  normally takes for the flight.  
you can see the little curly-tail in his  route right before the landing.
