[MilCom] MIL: 11220.0 - ABORTIVE and ANDREWS

     11175.0 was active at 2112z with ABORTIVE (fair/weak levels here)
working ANDREWS (fair), requesting a phone patch, and being moved to
6712.0.

     6712.0 was active at 2114z with ANDREWS (surprisingly fair levels
here but buried in a high noise floor) attempting to work ABORTIVE and
moving back to 11175.0.

     11175.0 was active at 2117z with ANDREWS working ABORTIVE,
explaining that they must use this freq as a monitoring freq, and
moving ABORTIVE to 11220.0.

     11220.0 was active at 2118z with ABORTIVE (weak/mostly readable)
working ANDREWS (fair but fading to weak/sometimes unreadable) for a
phone patch to a DSN 268 number to eventually request that the ground
party (no id heard) "bump the ALPHA ZERO ONE K" and gone.
