[MilCom] BADLY callsign

Guys, 

>From your discussion last night I decided to check my logs as I knew I had
heard BADLY before.  It took a little time to review my logs as I still do it the
old fashioned way!  I write them in a logbook!  Anyway, I did log a BADLY 07
back on July 13, 2009.  Here were my logs at that time.  Unfortunately, there
was no positive ID on him in my logbook comments.  Sorry.

July 13, 2009 Log:

1657z  124.250  BADLY 07  working ZBW FL230 descending to Bangor.
1710z  118.925  BADLY 07  check in with Bangor approach.
1917z  120.250  BADLY 07  climb out from Bangor check in with ZBW
