[MilCom] VFA-192 Moving to Lemoore, VFA-115 to Atsugi

The World Famous Golden Dragons of VFA-192 are moving to NAS Lemoore,CA this month and transitioning to the F/A-18E. VFA-115 are in the process of moving to NAF Atsugi, Japan as their permanent replacement in CVW-5.
