[MilCom] USCG MH-65s and Digital Voice

USCG MH-65s are capable of digital voice traffic.  This evening I have 6545,
an MH-65 from AirSta Savannah, working with 25732 on NET 113 (163.1375) for
hoist training.  This is the first time I've heard any of the AirSta
Savannah MH-65s using digital voice.
