US Coast Guard Range Control has been having comms with Bairs Cove, CG
25442 and CG Cutter Shrike on 157.075.
They have been discussing a probable scrub for today's launch.
Now the announcement has been made for SCRUB.

Also thanks to Bill Harwood for the following information:

LAUNCH SCRUBBED to no earlier than Friday night to collect additional data

NASA managers today decided to order another delay for launch of the
shuttle Discovery to give engineers additional time to asses data regarding
 the
operation of an 8-inch hydrogen valve in the orbiter's aft compartment.
NASA
had been hoping to make a launch attempt at 12:22 a.m. Friday, but launch
now will slip to no earlier than 11:59 p.m. Friday. Because the space
station launch window moves about 23 minutes earlier per day, Discovery
had two
launch opportunities Friday, separated by nearly 24 hours.
