     11175.0 was active at 1320z with unknown player (too weak to id)
bcsting a 28-character EAM (TVEMI4) with nothing hear on 8992.0,
4724.0 or 15016.0

     11175.0 was active at 1337z with ANDREWS (fair levels here)
bcsting a 28-character EAM (TV46EA).

     8992.0 was active at 1350z with the unknown player (too weak to
id but rising in level at mid transmission to fair levels and back)
bcsting 7V46EA and TVEMI4 and simulcasting same on at least 11175.0
(weak/mostly unreadable), with nothing heard on 4724.0 or 15016.0.
H+20/h+50 activity.  Suspected TACAMO PAC.
